Abeno Harukas, opened in March 2014, is the tallest skyscraper in Japan. It is named after an old Japanese expression, and “Harukas” means “to brighten or to clear up”. The building has 60 floors above ground and 5 below. It is a 300 meter tall building consisted of a department store, restaurants, a museum, a hotel, and offices.
The observation deck occupies the three floors from the 58th to the 60th that is called “Harukas 300”. It offers 360-degree spectacular views of the Osaka plain as well as Kobe, Rokko, Awaji Island, and Kansai Airport.
Abeno Harukas offers “Heliport Tour” and ” Edge The Harukas”. The Heliport Tour is a tour that takes you to the roof of Abeno Harukas Building. In addition to the admission fee, it costs an additional charge of 500 yen.
Edge The Harukas is an amusement attraction that lets visitors stroll along the edge of the rooftop looking down Osaka city. It costs an additional charge of 1000 yen. No bookings are necessary for both. You just go to the information counter that day.
